Executive Park Drive is an industrial street in North Billerica. It leaves Chelmsford Road near the Chelmsford line and runs northeast about 1,000 feet to a turnaround beside Route 3. It was laid out on the "Billerica Industrial Park" subdivision plan of land, "to be owned by Murray-Kelly Development Tr.," drawn on November 18, 1969 by Joseph H. Rego, registered professional engineer, of Hudson. The Planning Board approved the plan on February 24, 1970, and it was recorded on April 2, 1970 in two sheets (Plan Book 110, Plan 68). The plan shows Executive Park Drive running from Chelmsford Road, "1935 County Layout," past twelve lots of 45,000 to 62,000 square feet to a cul-de-sac against the 1953 state layout of Route 3, with land of the Commonwealth's Department of Conservation on the north and of the Atlantic Richfield Company and the Geartronics Corporation on the south.
The first building, at 11 Executive Park Drive, dates from about 1970, and the town's Industrial Commission reported for 1971 that "The Webster Co. has located in the new Executive Park." The street has kept its industrial use, with buildings of the 1970s and later. Although the plan named the development Billerica Industrial Park, the street took the name Executive Park Drive; the reason for the name was not found. No vote accepting the street as a public way was found in the town reports.
